1. Cancellation and Refund:
If you wish to cancel your tutoring session and request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Upon receiving your cancellation request within this timeframe, we will process your refund in accordance with the original payment method.
2. Banked Sessions:
Instead of requesting a refund for the canceled session, you have the option to "bank" that session for future use. Banking a session means that you retain the value of the canceled session as a credit in your account, which you can use to reschedule another tutoring session at a later date.
3. Rescheduling:
If you decide to bank the canceled session, you can choose another date and time for your rescheduled tutoring session. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to the availability of our tutors.
4. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund or to bank the session, you must notify us via email at info.otutoring@gmail.com or by contacting our customer support team at (514)679-6794 within 24 hours of the scheduled tutoring appointment. Requests received beyond this time frame may not be eligible for a refund or session banking.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
In case of extenuating circumstances that prevent you from providing a 24-hour notice, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring fairness and client satisfaction.
6. Non-Transferable:
Banked sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the original client who booked the tutoring appointment.
7. Limited Validity:
Banked sessions must be used within 1 month from the date of the original scheduled appointment. After this period, the banked session will expire, and no refunds or rescheduling will be available for that particular session.
